At FessorPro, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs and mentorship experiences. Before enrolling, students are advised to carefully review the course details, curriculum, duration, and eligibility.

1Course Enrollment

Once a student successfully enrolls in a course, access to course materials, live sessions, and community resources may be provided.

2Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Request is raised within 48 hours of payment.
• Student has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• Student has not attended more than one live session.
• Any downloadable study material or premium resource has not been accessed/downloaded.

3Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• After 48 hours of enrollment.
• If substantial course content has already been accessed.
• If the student fails to attend classes due to personal reasons.
• For discounted, promotional, or special-offer enrollments.
• For mentorship/session-based services once sessions have started.

4Cancellation Policy

Students may request cancellation before the course commencement date. Approved cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds after deduction of administrative and payment gateway charges.

5Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or genuine unavoidable situations, refund or course deferral requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.

6Course Rescheduling by FessorPro

If FessorPro cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose:

• A full refund, or
• Transfer to another batch/course.

7Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
